I wouldn't go that far but I found the emails to be awesome as well.  Seeing them planning on global takeover on 12/21/2012 had you going, especially when the last emial is mid-October, right?

Oh yeah, the emails were pretty good too, but the actual in game in game cut scenes were long and boring
