Actually I said what because I couldn’t understand your previous post.  But now I get what you mean.  And that's a VERY situational thing.  And even then, then Japanese company could have asked them (or told them) to launch the games simultaneously.  But in nearly all other cases, they could launch the games much closer together.  And its usually the Japanese game that launches first, with the American game coming second.  And that American game has to wait many months or even a year or more to be translated and then shipped.  Even if its only for big name titles like Square Enix (FF/DQ/KH) or Nintendo or etc titles, they should focus more on simultaneous or closer releases.  As we've seen in the past with many games from Disgaea to Persona to Professor Layton, the 'hype' train can help sell a game very well.  But you have to catch it.  If a game comes out 9 months after its Japanese counterpart, its pointless.

Ok so now that is cleared up... I will like to add one thing this hype speak of is based soley on the internet because a normal person would not know about a Japanese game other wise correct ? If that the case then how many cases have we seen that internet hype does not equal good sales it all about marketing to the general audience which would not kinow the game exist otherwise.... the more game savy people like us are in the minority compared to the bulk of consumer in video games who wouldn't know if these games exist unless they find out from marketing and/or people like us.In the nutshell  most major sellers are from mostly because marketing...  but not soley based on it... I will concede that hype is a factor but Not the main driving force in sales

Well yes and no.  Hype goes through word of mouth too.  There's 2 ways to 'market' a game.  1) 'hype' (word of mouth) and 2) 'Marketing' (commercials and traditional ads).  Most of the time, Marketing does work better, but for some games, they can't afford it.  So they rely on 'hype'.  So for these game publishers, its even more important for them to release their game closer to the Japanese release, when people are still talking about the game and looking at its videos online, etc.
