Alright I remember playing GoldenEye 007 growing up on my Nintendo64. I liked the gameplay it was a great shooter and yes for its time the reactions of those being shot still have not been emulated today. But where Bond really accelerated was the multiplayer, about 90% of me playing Bond was playing against friends , not the single player at all!

So for Bond to be a success in my eyes it will need to have a really strong multiplayer capability. I bought the Conduit earlier this year and I have to say for me to give Bond the time of day, they need to match or beat the Conduits online multiplayer. To be honest I don't even think Nintendo has a sufficient online network to make a Bond that will blow us away online the way Bond64 blew us away in our houses.

What do I need for this bond to be as good as the last bond.

-NPC physics (I need NPC's to react to the different places they are shot. For example in GoldenEye64 you shot a guy in the throat and he choked to death).

-Online chat (WiiSpeak will be okay, but I'd really prefer having a headset)

-No friend codes required to play online with chat!

-Nintendo's direct involvement in the development of the titles multiplayer gameplay. To ensure that it maxes out the Wii's potential

-Nintendo's direct involvement in the games design

- Cheap characters like OddJob need to make a comeback for less skilled players to use online

- A vigerous and great online experiance superior to even its single player campain

If Activision can do those things then I think the next GoldenEye will be worthy of the title. If Activision fails on any of the above the title just won't be the AAA+ quality we remember when we picked up GoldenEye64! It won't live up to the name!
