Ok we will take this one point at a time:
"When MS France said they were at 430K vghchartz had the machine at 530K .No adjustements have been made until now to solve this ."
This came to light in September, since then it appears the numbers/formula of this site have been adjusted to reflect that data point. If you look at the current totals for 360 in france it just crossed 530k again this week. So unless they have not sold a single console since September they are not over tracked by 100k as was suggested by Zucas. Additionally the 430k quote does not include any date at whcih 430k was reach, though the comment was made in September so we can assume it was before then we do not know how long before.
"Charttrack said (prior to Halo 3 launch and PS3 price drop and 40Gb model ) that the PS3 and 360 sales were even in the UK for the year .Taking in count that the PS3 had half its sales in the first weeks of launch and that the 360 had nearly 3 months more to sell .But if we add the sales of both machines in vgchartz the 360 sales for the year add more than the PS3 ones even if we only count until the Gamecharts declarations (I added it up myself just to see ) .So ,contradicting Game Charts .And now with the PS3 much cheaper and with better games the situation wont have changed to accomodate to this vgchartz perception but to the contrary ."
Um, there are no numbers quoted here so I cannot address them directly, you simply say they add up to more but not by how much, was it by 200, 2000, 200000? As you mention this time frame includes the PS3 launch so the massive spike in the first few weeks throws off any average and it could easily sell half the 360 weekly now and still have a yearly total be comparable.
Skipping a bunch of subjective commentary without any numbers...
"In August SOny France president said they were outselling the 360 in continental Europe about 3 to one .Sure if you add the UK data the score would be more even but still marks the PS3 beating soundly the 360 .For some of those weeks the site marks the 360 beating the PS3 though ."
Could you give a link or a more complete quote please? Without the context this could be one of those "playstation brand" outsold comments or it could be for a week of a new pack in deal or price drop. So without more detail this is not very convincing.
"Past events .Ioi has had to change the numbers of the PS3 in France and Spain .In those countries it should also lower the 360 numbers so increasing the differences .For what I see the samples he works with follow their past patch ....PS3 has sold in France 100K in four weeks but the site only marks 40K and in Spain it will happen the same .I am under the impression the samples used simply arent that representative .Its always the same ,undertracking it for weeks and weeks and then give it an adjusting boost to match a bit with official data from GFk or Sony ."
Again the only number quoted, PS3 sold 100k in 4 weeks, has no reference provided so this can be taken as nothing more then opinion. The rest of the paragraph is also opinion without even un confirmed numbers to back it up. If you have any reputable sources to backup these numbers and opinions we can discuss how undertracked the PS3 is in France, but I am not sure what that has to do with your comment about 360 being "vastly overtracked in europe and probably na as well."
The rest of your post talks about MS being ashamed of their numbers and you not being able to believe they have sold what they shipped, again more opinion without any facts or even logic to back it up.
All of this discussion about 360 being overtracked and it is only tracking 20 percent above it's "others" weekly number from last year as defined by the charts on this site. It seems to me 20 percent more then last year at the same time with many more high quality games and a price cut since then does not seem like a stretch.
