if he only changed the password, you can still obtain it by entering your birthday via "forget my password" option, If he changed the login email......then I'm afraid there are nothing you can do.

you cant change your psn ID. So that should still be the same

We can not change our network display name but id (email address) can be change and tahs the prob for me
