PS3 gamers are more likely to download content on their PS3 than gamers on other consoles if a National UK Gamers Survey is to be believed. The survey shows that 55% of the UK population plays games on consoles compared to 35% who play PC games. 55% of PS3 owners said they downloaded levels or complete games for the consoles, followed closely by 51% of Xbox 360 owners and a miserable 25% (46% US) of Wii owners. On the other hand in the US, 73% of Xbox 360 owners compared to 68% of PS3 owners download game content.
Similarly the PS3 came top in the online distribution of video content and demos. 45% of PS3 users said they download or access video content via their console. This is compared to 41% for Xbox 360 users and a mere 22% for Nintendo Wii users.
Clearly shows that the US is far more concerned with digital content than the UK, and the rest of Europe, because surveys in other European countries showed similar data as the UK survey.

In total units it will still mean less downloads as 360's userbase is GREATER
But I question these surveys, I was never asked this question!
