When I first saw their perentage I figured they were figureing it from shipped units, but they have on tons of stores all over the country, and when you look for your area it tells you by store if they are in stock, so I'm guessing that their percentage is the literal count of how many stores they claim to have it in stock. I don't know if that's what you meant.
