Gamespot gives Borderlands 8.5 for xbox360 and 8.0 for ps3!

after i played the 360 version i found a bug in the game! sometimes after you kill an enemy the items disappear directly when it touches the ground !? i dont know if this is a common bug or not. anyone have the same problem ?
