True...it just seems like it's going to chop the video off at the legs...but I'm sure they would rather have the Netflix feature over video store sales. I was just reading an article in the Oct 09 Wired print on Netflix, and how they are really pushing the bounds. Of course, sony probably offered them a sweet deal on Sony Studios movies to Netflix's portfolio, and they couldn't pass that up.
They are really going to challenge premium channels on cable TV, and it's sweet, imho. The article talks about how this is the real threat to DVDs. You can probably assume that this service will be only for US...maybe NA.
