I don't see how this can happen because:
1.) Wii is a beast.
2.) Forza is releasing in late October, so whatever impact it has by the holidays will be very minimal.
3.) Modern Warfare has already been on consoles. Its like Halo 3 ODST. It'll sell boatloads of software, but very little hardware.
4.) FF XIII is projected to sell 500k extra PS3s in Japan this holiday.
5.) PS3 has Others and Japan in the bag, and will probably equal or be slightly outsold by the 360 in Americas, meaning PS3 > 360.
