Oh wait statistically they are biased against Nintendo, an exception doesn't make a rule, I think FishyJoe has an excellent signature about cherry picking around here somewhere Ck.
Edit: In any case EGM=\=1UP. Just because they are owned by the same people doesn't make them identicle.
