+ Tons of fun
+ Best online gaming experience I have ever had
+ Enough to keep you coming back for more
+ Driving skill and correct picking of racing line more important due to absence of snaking
+ A game that can be enjoyed by anyone

- Blue shell is the more retarded thing I have ever come across. Please Nintendo fix it next time so that either it is not in the game or it cannot appear on final lap and it can only appear when you are miles ahead. It is the most annoying thing ever that you can drive perfectly for three laps and hold the lead throughout and then lose at the last corner because of a blue shell
- The cloud. Please sort it out next time around. It is great when there are like 8 people racing or more. But the stupid thing still appears when they are only like 3 people. You can be in 3rd place a bit way back from anyone else so with no possibility of ever being able to pass it on. It should certainly not appear when there are few racers as it just ruins the game.
- Level design. Who the heck designed the tracks in this game? All the best tracks in the game seem to be the retro ones (apart from GBA Shy Guy Beach) which is the worst ever track in gaming.
