1986,1991,1996,2001,2006 These are the years in which nintendo releases a new console fully in America. If you see the diffrence in which they were released. 5 years is their stredgy. Also it follows a other pattern .Nes was a revolution.SNES perfected it.N64 was a revolution. GC perfected it. Wii is a revolution. Wii 2 will perfect it. Also the revlution system's year ended in 6. The one perfected system ends in 1 There is your answer |
your argument is terribly flawed, first off trying to discern trends from numbers in the past, or numerology isn't a reliable argument. Secondly N64 was not a revolution but an evolution, Nintendo was following where PC's were going, only NES and Wii have been revolutionary Thirdly, NES was launched in NA in 1985, not 86, and was released in Japan in 1983, meaning it was seven years before it's successor was released. Also here is something your forget, expect for the NES, Nintendo never launches first |
Someone didn't read the post right. I said the NES was relesaed FULLY in NA 1985 was a test and only in New york. 2nd N64 was a revolution. It revlutionized 3-D gaming. Their is a reason why mario 64 is hailed as the most innovated game 3rd Nintendo killed a cash cow before. The GBA relesed 2001. DS 2004. 3 year diffrence! |
It was released in Japan years before, and saying fully released in 86 in NA is just proving my point, you're trying to shoehorn the data into what you want, why is the NA dates any more important than the Japanese dates? N64 wasn't a revolution, 3D was already in existence on the PC and even the SNES, N64 was just an evolution of the hardware The only reason they killed the GBA cash cow was because of the PSP, they needed to cut off Sony's new hardware, but Sony and MS aren't launching new consoles in 2010 and probably won't in 2012 either, so no need to cut them off. |
1991, 1996, 2001, 2006 that is enough to start a pattern. Arguing over the NES that came out 25 years ago when console gaming was dead seems kind of trivial. I agree that you have to take all factors into consideration and it doesn't mean wii will come out in 2011.

No any statistician, would tell you, that you lack enough data points to get a trend Actually the NES is the perfect thing to argue over, because off all of Nintendo consoles, its most like the Wii |
