Day of Reckoning!
I lost interest in the Smackdown! series and even though I own 2007, I only played one match in that game. DoR2 was the best ever, in my opinion. It had an epic roster, too!
There was one that had the best WWE roster, ever: The Rock, Goldberg, Kurt Angle, Stone Cold, Bret Hart, Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Booker T, etc.. Can't remember which one it was, though.
My next full price retail game will be Svs.R 2010, but it won't match DoR's epic roster and flawless play control, I bet.
