Simply because of Frag FX.
If you watch the kill cam of anyone that uses a frag FX, you'll know that it wouldn't be a contest.
Frag FX is almost as powerful as glitch bitching, though probably more so because unlike glitches, you can't exploit the advantage simply by knowing what a frag fx is.
