Hasn't been released yet, but there isn't much of a fan base there. Consider that versions 1-3 of this game were based on World War 2 where you play the "Allied" side. In COD4 you are still an American or Brit so its obviously going to have better appeal in those countries, but it at least is not set in the middle of a war that the Japanese were on the loosing side of.
