I know exactly how you feel. I called Walmart yesterday and asked when they'd be getting their Galaxy shipments. She said to show up at 11 today, and they'd have them. So I get there at 11:30, and the cashier said that they won't be getting the shipments until later tonight, and they'll have it on the shelves tomorrow.

I work at a Zellers, which is the Canadian target if you've never heard of it. I also work in the electronics section. Whenever we have a sale for a big item (360, Wii, Galaxy, Halo 3) we're always vague on when we'll get them in, and we're vague on purpose. It's stupid to tell someone when to come in when you don't know when you get them.

I always say, "We should have it in at some point on [insert day here] but I don't know 100%. Call before coming, and if we have it we'll put it aside for you."
