I have a 24" iMac. My only regret is that I didn't move to Apple sooner. I've had this thing 2 years now and never needed to do a fresh install. I've never had a virus. The screen is beautiful. It runs almost silent. The software I use is more intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and works straight out of the box. My iMac even runs Windows Vista more stable in bootcamp than my old PC. I also know if I were to sell it on eBay now I would get a fair return on it unlike a Windows PC. As for customer service, Apple is in another league. The only thing I would change to now is a new 27" iMac.
