what could they have possibly done? kill every modder/hacker? all consoles get modded and pirated, that's just how it is (with some exceptions of course)
like the PS3, it still isn't modded, i think it's because if you have enough money to buy one then you got enough money to buy all the games you want (not really the case anymore,lol). it might also be due to bluray, but that format has been cracked for a long time now (poeple can copy PS3 games now but they can't play them, hahah) so i don't know how much that affects the situation.
