I can understand your Opinion but everything what is reselled (if its offering a similar value) hurts the Companies everything. And would be a kind of "Piracy"

Because people on this site are very whiny and bitchy about piracy yet they feel just fine by getting used games. I want them to realize they are no better than a damn pirate and to stop off their high chair.

I find that hard to swallow.

First off piracy is illegal while used games are legal.
Piracy hurts the developers more than the used game market does (see my earlier posts and almost everyone else's post).
Piracy is stealing.

Regardless, it sounds like you are very whiny and bitchy that people who don't pirate think they are morally better than people who do pirate, even though they legally buy used games.
