I think so too (hurt software sales). Especially big third-party sales (Capcom, Namco,etc) while helping minor 3rd parties like EA (joking - like Majesco, D3, etc). In the end, though, these 3rd parties may get into the industry through WiiWare and after that, become rabid Nintendo supporters.
