But i think Sony has also learned the lesson the hard way... They lost lot of ground but they have made some drastic changes, the quality of their games, aggressive pricing and keeping the PS3 in the game is the biggest achievement for them. i think with $299 Slim PS3 the road for them is much easier..
Starting next yr they i dont think they are going to support any exclusives for PS2, they had Motorstorm and i think few others title launching this yr.. So i m expecting lot of software n games coming out from Sony side after the support for PS2 exclusives dies totally.
Definitely MS is not going to sit back n relax and so is Sony.. So both look very determine to me... But i think MS was a bit unlucky, they tried very had in Japan but failed to crack it... otherwise this gap could easily be 2 million more in favor of MS, which could have been very invaluable...
