Muramasa was great. If you want a party game, get Ghost Squad (rail shooter with 4 players isntead of usual 2) or Wario Ware. Sports Resort is pretty good, especially the flight games and of course sword fighting. That's all the super amazings off the top of my head.

Other fun games unclude Mercurty Meltdown (if you can find it it's budget price), Zack and Wiki. Okami is pretty good but your mileage may vary (it's quite artsy, and it's hard to draw straight lines with the Wiimote). I also liked Trauma Centre series, New Blood has 2 player.

Edit - Super Paper Mario, though the gameplay is good but not amazing, the dialogue and some of the direction is hilarious.
