After about 3-4 months with my Wii, I just got tired of the safety straps. I never have thrown a Wiimote out of my hand, do not see how it could happen unless you are just really ridiculous. I hated them more and more when I wanted to take a break and I had to loosen the straps and take them off to put the Wiimote down every time. I finally said to myself, screw this, I took them off and I have never gone back. Anyone else ditched them? Just wanted to know if anyone else felt the way that I did.
