Can't see support for the Wii stopping within 2 years - its user base will be too high to just dismiss that easily. As for what's in store, there are a lot of Nintendo franchises that haven't seen a Wii version yet (e.g. Mario Tennis/Golf, Starfox, Pilotwings, F-Zero, Zelda [given TP was a GC port]) - I can't see Nintendo not releasing instalments of these franchises given such a large user base, and nor can I see them bunching the releases of these instalments too closely together. As such, I think Nintendo support for the Wii will continue for a number of years yet.
