No, the real question is... do you want a game you would enjoy? Or do you prefer to buy a game because more reviewers praise it.
I'll probably end up with both games, but we already have Modern Warfare 1, so if I could only pick one, the choice is easy.
edit: Now that you mention it, GTAIV did "destroy" MKWii in reviews, yet so many people were disappointed by it.
