will the 360 ever outsell the ps3 again worldwide?

It will at sometime. Probaly not for atleast a year. I just can't see it doing more then 3 weeks in a row ever again. Sony is about to start a new PS Eye push months before Natal that should take the wind out of its sales alittle (not that I believe either one will sell).
