Yeah, it will. November is looking likely. The weekly sales for the PS3 and 360 are not as far off as you think. Of course the PS3 has been selling more WW as of late thanks to the price cut/slim and recent releases of games like Uncharted 2 and Fifa 10. Last week the 360 actually outsold the PS3 in America. Starting next week and into early-mid November Microsoft starts the release of their onslaught for the Holidays.
Forza 3, Episodes from Liberty City, Call of Duty 4 (complete with Elite bundle and timed exclusive DLC) and Left 4 Dead 2. Smaller things like the update coming in November will be great to have for Holiday advertising. If people see you can Facebook and Twitter on your Xbox 360 this holiday that could bring in a handful of sales as well whether it is a useful or not the name a lone should help.
So yes, the Xbox 360 will outsell the PS3 during some weeks in November and perhaps for the entire month in total.
