It does so many things, it gets confusing.
Listen to music
Look at photos
Watch video via UMD
Watch video via memory stick
Watch TV and DVDs via Location Free (can be done anywhere if you are connected to internet)
Surf the internet
Use it to as controller and extra screen with the PS3
I think you can play games on it too...not sure.
EDIT: Most importantly...it's a portable porn viewer!!!
