My impression is that multiplat games sell ~60/40 in favour of PS3 in "Others" depending on the game genre mostly I think. That's 60% of multiplat games sell better on PS3 than 360, not that multiplat games get 60% of sales on PS3.
Fifa 10 should do better on 360 in the States but the US is only about 30% the size of the Others market. Though with PS3 HW sales above 360 in USA right now it might be close.
