i edited out the post script thing out seeing how i read part of your argument and it made me realize it was a fallacy.

i also did not know this was based in the UK so it does render my original point moot.

should be "your first amendment right doesn't mean shit"

erm, your origional point was moot even before you knew that. You have no rights on the internet, it's more anarchy than anything.
