What if the drunk person got hit by somebody who ran a red light?
I totally believe in accountability, and that is why I hate how people pin it on drinking. Any accident where a driver is drunk, they have all the blame put on them simply because they were drunk. That is not logical by any means. I think there are other factors to be considered.
