You would think that after having to pay $1450 in fees you wouldn't even want to risk it, they are just doing what they believe is best. If anything they are doing you a favour. Unless you're feeling suicidal and homicidal, then I don't see what rationale people would have for drinking and driving...

Well it isn't like people drive drunk because it is fun or for the sake of doing it... Would you consider somebody who had a beer or two with their dinner a danger?
