| Heavy Rain release date coming soon | |

Many were disappointed when E3 rolled around and the first news hit that Sony's genre bending murder mystery, Heavy Rain, would be delayed to 2010. As the new year approaches, Sony has still been quiet on the titles release date, though their other projects like MAG, God of War III, and Gran Turismo 5 have all been dated.
It seems the release date announcement is just around the bend, though. In a new video released to the Japanese PSN, Quantic Dream's CEO Guillaume de Fondaumiere takes us through two new scenes of the Japanese build of the game. At the conclusion of the video, Fondaumier drops the bomb, teasing at a release date.
"The launch date of Heavy Rain has not been fixed yet. We're looking forward to a worldwide release. I'm sure we'll be able to communicate the exact launch date very soon."
