2010 year of the RPG's. Which ones will you buy???

The only definites I can think of are:

Mass Effect 2 (PC)
Final Fantasy XIII (PS3)

I'm tempted to get Fable 3 but I think I should play through 1 & 2 first!

If Bethesda announce a new Elder Scrolls game then that would be on the 'definite' list.
