Microsoft reiterates that 360 will outsell PS3 for the entire generation

how can the argument get proven wrong if it's a solid fact???

microsoft managed to build a lead of 5'332'537 units as they were 'alone' on the market from the 22 nov '05 to the 11 nov '06. from that point on where sony entered the market with the PS3 to now microsoft sold 27'175'612 xbox360 and sony 25'262'274 units. but if you compare the sales of both from launch on with the same life span, there were 21'358'405 xbox360 sold from 22 nov '05 to the 10 oct '08 & from the 11 nov '06 to the 10 oct '09 sony sold 25'262'274 PS3 where makes a difference of exactly 3'903'869 units more in favor of sony.

now explain me why we should forget the solid fact the xbox360 is longer on the market and so build an advance compared to the PS3? this advance is a fact, that's it. the rest is purely bullsh*t.

p.s.: i follow this site much longer then i'm registred & i don't give my two cents on all useless thread/post, so don't come with a sentence i'm new to this site. guys with a lot of posts where behave arrogantly makes me puke!

of course they are only talking about the US, anywhere else sony has clearly the upper hand.
