Actually, the quality of the discussion isn't as good as before. There used to be deep analytical discussions but most of the people that participated either mellowed out or don't post anymore.

It's not like there's dime a dozen deep analytical threads now, but I doubt there were that many before. At least, not many I've seen to make a big contrast with today. I just know that there are a bunch of active users today that I can engage in a good conversation in the forums, that for me is enough
