You mean, the quote should say that, or my quote is wrong? He has stated that quote several different time with varying degrees of silliness in at least 2 articles.
GTAIV is a must for GTA fans, however, it doesn't hold nearly the same kind of experience as they did before. I think it's dramatically better than the old ps2 ones (except Vice city, which I think is the best one) , but I'm kinda bored with GTA by now.
