No, defintions are not up to the individual. Cultures can change them over time (why we have archaic definitions), but until then you take them all, and if something fits one sense, it's an epic.

It seems nitpicky, but people are entitled to their opinions, not to their own facts. As in you can find the game isn't impressive, but it still is an epic.

Actually, there is a good reason to make sure the definition is clear: Epic Movie.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
