Who has a Wii that is legit.

Call Nintendo. The same thing was happening to me a couple of months ago, so I called Nintendo (Kyoto) for repairs. After a few telephone conversations about what to do, they finally offered to give me a brand new Wii as a replacement for free. I think the fact that I bought my Wii on the first day in 2006 was at least in part responsible for me getting the replacement for free.
