Basically, if the DGC is nightkilled then (in the IRL version) when the town wakes up the DGC gets to pick a target ("the Falcon") and kill that player.
I would suggest that in the forum version, either the DGC should be notified by PM when killed if the mod wishes the retaliation to happen in the same night phase, or the DGC should have the entire following day phase to pick a Falcon. (If no target is picked by nightfall, if the day was of reasonable length, the opportunity is considered forfeited. Or, perhaps the mod could choose to extend this to include the following night phase as well.)
