I have my Wii on a 42" plasma, and it looks great (Well, playing Muramasa right now, so it looks great regardless on what it's on 
).
The 360 is in my room connected to a 19" plasma. It looks nice and sharp. Currently playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 on it, and its definitely good fun (Thor rocks my socks).
