Are you predicting worldwide? cause... the pre-order in the US alone is well over 300k... I think it might be safe to assume it will be 400-500k in the US alone for 1st week... I'd put the world wide 1st week at 700k-900k.
As for life time, I have no freakin idea... it could be anything from 3mil-5mil... it all depends on the advertising... but this game could outsell uncharted very fast....
