I think MW2 will beat H3 on the X360.
Modern Warfare was one of the biggest breakout hits ever, given how poorly CoD2 and CoD3 did. I think that 3.5 million is a minimum worldwide, and 4m is likely. Given the stats on XBL, it's certainly Xbox 360's 2nd most popular game.
I'll go with 4m first week, and 7m by the end of December worldwide.
