Since I love co-op, these are my favorites: 1-4, 2-2, 3-2, 4-1 (constant BP invasion), and 4-2.

I don't like world 5 in general, too spooky.

Spooky you say...sounds like my kind of world. I'll try to beat 2-2 and 3-1 (almost finish with them) and try out 4-1 and 5-1 before calling it quits.
