how do you embed youtube videos?

2. On the right hand side of the screen where it gives you the video description under the description you will see two fields, one that says URL and one that says embed.
3. Click in the embed text field
4. Right click -> copy or ctrl+c
5. Paste the copied text into these forums.
6. success!

Note that if that doesn't work, just press the edit button on your post and then click post and that will fix it (you don't actually have to edit anything).

i was doing what you listed yesterday when i was trying to upload my puppy video, but then i realized that it didn't work. you were totally right about just clicking edit and then post again, lol. youre a genius twesterm.

the only way i was able to do it was by posting the embed url in the quick reply section.
