You're obviously right :p. And the redesign, let's not forget that. It's not as if PS3 would've beaten Wii without those.

 

People have known for a long time that PS3's price was its biggest drawback. The pricecut definately had a bigger impact then the slim. Actually the Phat is still pretty sexy so.....

The Price Cut had a bigger effect, but the Slim is what boosted that effect. If it wasn't for the slim, there probably would have been a much larger drop off than there was the following weeks.
