....Look Craan's shtick stopped being funny a while ago, but Christ says in Matthew 5:17-18 that

"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished."

There's nothing in the New Testament that says to abandon the Old. Just the opposite.

That's hardly the point. As Christians it is accepted that, if what Christ says is law, then the Old Testament is still law too. We just break that law. Constantly.
