Yeah I know I saw the holes in that theory as well when I read them lol. The most likely theory of this is the Japanese legend of Muramasa and Masamune. Masamune is basically a good entity, is more powerful then Muramasa and will come to destroy it. It fits quite well and it has to do with an old Japanese legend of swords smiths. Go check it out, it all fits like perfectly and I can't wait to see how it all plays out.
