I've read articles that state it's the spending, and the discs just rost 78%.
Either way, that's still less growth than needed to reach mainstream, considering 20 million discs shipped in a quarter is dwarfed by any one current game system's software shipments.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
